Location: Dallas, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid Remote (Work from home with required in-office time at our Dallas headquarters)
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous evolution of our compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. This highly visible role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for Total Rewards and is responsible for the operational and financial oversight of our self-funded health plan, compensation architecture, HRIS benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
