Overview


The Workers’ Compensation Manager will diligently monitor all workers’ compensation claims across all jurisdictions and will provide guidance and recommendations to the Carrier, Operations, and Director of Risk Management.
Salary:$75,000


Responsibilities


+ Responsible for the oversight and management of the workers compensation program.

+ Work alongside with outside Adjusters, Case Managers, Legal Counsel, and injured Employees.

+ Review incident reports and clarify/collect additional information as needed.

+ Monitor, manage timely notification, and reporting on all employee related claims.

+ Maintain all information into company RMIS software (Origami).

+ Works directly with Human Resources and Store Operations to coordinate injured workers care, claims administration and return to work issues, as well as remedial action plans.
