The Integrated Planning Senior Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end (E2E) integrated planning agenda across the marketplace, covering Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce channels.

This role connects long-term strategy, pre-season planning (S&OP), and in-season execution (S&OE) into a unified planning framework. It ensures that demand, supply, inventory, and allocation decisions are fully aligned to deliver against sales, margin, and inventory targets.

Acting as the business integrator, this role enables cross-functional alignment, drives data-backed decision making, and optimizes trade-offs across channels to maximize marketplace performance and consumer experience.
