Your role:
Ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.Handling all inquiries (pre- and post-sales, financial, complaints, non-technical questions or simple technical questions) regarding Philips products and services.Receiving, logging, solving and routing requests and issues coming in from all Customer channels and communicates solutions Providing service solutions by creating service work orders and informing the customer the service statusHandling complaints from all customer, subscribers, family members and caregivers in a professional manner (analysis, registration and timely escalation).Provide Time & Material quote to customer where the service requested and is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when q...
