Position Overview
Responsible for providing end-to-end customer support for Gulf & Levant countries, including handling customer requests, coordinating service operations, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries. Manage customer requests, inquiries, and service-related issues for Gulf & Levant countries through various communication channels (email, phone, CRM, etc.). Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
**Your role:**
+ Responsible for preparing accurate and timely service quotations, following up on commercial opportunities, and supporting business growth. Works closely with service, sales, and finance teams to ensure efficient quotation and order management processes.
+ Ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
+ Handling all inquiries (pre- and post-sales, financial, complaints, non-technical questions or simple technical questions) regarding Philips products and services.
