Position Overview

 
  The Job 
  You will: 
 Follow-up the shipping arrangement for import & export of horses with Owners and Trainers.
 Assist in horse stable transfers and horse retirements.
 Assist the administration of travel, insurance, medical and accommodation arrangements for licensed persons.
 Be responsible for updating the Racing Information System, such as data input, report generation, etc.
 Support the compilation of management statistics and reports.
 Perform general office administration work and participate in ad hoc projects.
 
  About You 
  You should have: 
 A university degree with 2 years of related administrative experience
 Fresh graduate will be considered on exceptional grounds
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 A team player but able to work on your own initiative
