Position Overview

Job: Staff Accountant (AP/AR)

Location: San Mateo, CA 

Hourly Pay: $40 - $45 / hour depending on experience

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Our heath-tech client is looking for a dynamic Staff Accountant to join the team. This is a multi-entity environment with multiple currencies. This is a contract role that will run for three months with the possibility to extend.
Job Description:
Process end-to-end Accounts Payable, including coding, approvals, and payments.
Handle reconciliations for both vendor statements (AP) and bank deposits (AR).
Maintain accurate records and update reporting requirements, as needed.
Monitor payment schedules (AP) and aging reports (AR).
Work cross functionally with various teams to meet deadlines.
