Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger activity

+ Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records

+ Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

+ Help prepare financial statements and internal management reports
