Job Description
One of our Bioscience clients is seeking an Associate Staff Accountant – AR to join their Accounting team. This individual will be responsible for owning key accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, collections, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Process daily customer invoicing batches, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Apply and reconcile customer payments, including ACH and wire transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records and balances.
- Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies.
