Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise accounts payable using Yardi software

• Perform check runs and contribute to other accounting tasks as needed

• Offer support to property management and office tasks as required

• Ensure precision and meticulousness in all financial transactions

• Handle accounts receivable tasks and bank reconciliations

• Maintain and manage the general ledger

• Record and manage journal entries

• Close financial records at the end of each month

• Use accounting software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP effectively.
