Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounting tasks to accurately report on the financial status of ultra-high net-worth clients.

• Handle accounts payable functions, including vendor coordination, invoice processing, and wire preparation for approval.

• Develop and maintain cash flow plans, budgets, and forecasts for clients.

• Generate timely and precise financial reports and analyses.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and manage special projects as needed.

• Administer payroll processes for client households.

• Build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal service team members.
