Natalie Lue, Robert Half is recruiting for a Staff Accountant. Growing organization seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with 3–5+ years of experience in financial reporting, GL review, month-end close, and P& L analysis. Backgrounds in foodservice, retail, hospitality, or other operationally focused environments are highly valued. Strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience supporting budgets, forecasts, and client-facing financial reporting preferred.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or comparable hands-on experience in a related finance role.
• Three to five years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger review, and account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of journal entries, operating statements, and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas and organize large data sets effectively.
