The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Assistant Director of Finance and plays a key role in supporting all hotel accounting functions, including accounts receivable, general cashiering, income audit, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Perform accounts receivable functions, including preparing invoices and reconciling payments.
Manage general cashier duties: issue, audit, and maintain hotel banks, prepare bank deposits, due backs, and petty cash.
Ensure house banks are properly documented, approved, and maintained.
