Chris Preble is working with a Syracuse client of his that's looking for a permanent part time Accountant.


This job is about 20 hours a week (paid hourly - about $30 an hour) Great work life balance!


Responsibilities:

• Apply and reconcile incoming customer payments accurately and on a timely basis

• Process customer credit card transactions for orders

• Generate and distribute daily customer invoices

• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections efforts when required

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system

• Process invoices for payment in accordance with company procedures

• Prepare and mail weekly vendor payments

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

• Support reporting requirements and special accounting projects as needed
