Staff Analog Design Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to drive the design of complex Power Management ICs (PMICs). In this role, you will provide critical technical leadership, mentor team members on analog design best practices, champion process improvements, and serve as a key technical representative for our external customers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret product requirements and translate them into system architectures and design strategies for power management products.
+ Provide technical leadership for major circuit blocks, guiding designs from concept through production release.
+ Lead the design, simulation, verification, and layout supervision of CMOS power management circuits, ensuring performance, area, power, and schedule requirements are met.
