+ Architect & build Kubernetes Operators for large-scale AI/ML workloads
+ Develop high‑performance services in Golang
+ Define and build MLOps/LLMOps pipelines (model hosting, serving, monitoring)
+ Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks
+ Partner with product & architecture to define platform roadmap
+ Mentor senior engineers and drive engineering excellence
