Position Overview

Contract with Adecco Join a leading European public organisation driving innovation and international collaboration in science and technology.

We are looking for a Staff Committee Assistant to support an international and dynamic People & Culture environment.

This is an interim position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination and support to staff representation bodies.

Main Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Staff Committee

Organise meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes

Manage internal communications and documentation

Support coordination of activities and events

Liaise with internal stakeholders and staff representatives

Ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up of actions
