Overview

Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in supporting a number of hotel functions. These associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. They may prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests, operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transport dishware or linens across the hotel. The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, maintaining a professional appearance and communication, and collaborating with other employees to reach common goals. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance is required, and associates may need to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
