Position: Staff Customer Quality Engineer

  • Role Overview
  • The Automotive Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) serves as the primary interface between ADI and automotive customers, driving customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and continuous quality improvement across the product lifecycle.

    Functions as a front-line quality engineering, coordinating and driving cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes, onsite issue investigation and meeting, customer audit, Quality relevant inquiry including PPAP, PCN, Reliability (AECQ), EHS etc.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

  • Serve as primary customer contact for quality issues throughout resolution lifecycle
  • Coordinate: Failure Analysis (FA), 8D problem solving process; Drive containment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions...
