Insight Global is seeking a Sr Staff DevOps Engineer (IC4a) for a leading financial services client. This individual will play a critical role in shaping DevOps strategy and driving cloud infrastructure initiatives across a key line of business. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to build scalable, secure, and efficient DevSecOps solutions. This role will partner closely with engineering and data teams to enable rapid deployment cycles, improve system reliability, and influence high-level architecture decisions. The position offers an opportunity to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on with modern cloud and automation technologies.

 • Lead DevOps strategy and execution for a specific line of business
 • Design, build, and secure cloud-based DevSecOps solutions
 • Programmatically create and manage AWS infrastructure
 • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid code deployment
