We are looking for a strong Backend Staff Engineer with hands-on experience in scalable distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and backend architecture.
Key Skills Strong experience in Python & Java
Hands-on with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services
Experience building scalable distributed systems
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Knowledge of system design, APIs, databases, and performance optimization
Experience working in high-growth product or tech environments
Responsibilities Design and build scalable backend systems
Lead architecture discussions and technical decisions
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
