Plans, organizes, and controls TTI FT project/sub-projects project (classification class D, E) risk, impact and all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget)
Manages a medium sized project team with members from multifunctional groups
Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function
Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone
Key communication interface (for project related matters) to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines), Sustaining Functions (e.g. PTE, EE, UPE), and Central Functions (e.g. Finance)
Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress, reporting, and documentation
Drives problem-solving activities within the project using standard IFX trouble shooting methodologies, (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, etc)
