Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of reliable Java microservices for finance core and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, acting as the technical bar‑raiser for the group.
• Audit, maintain, and improve existing repositories.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reviews and errors (rules engines, validations, alerts, auto‑reconciliation flows) and continuously optimize workflows.
