As Engineering lead you will be primarily responsible for leading a team to start up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield &cell improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to manage TD business process eg MOR POR gaps, cost targets for respective nodes. You will focus on optimizing manufacturing performance, ensuring alignment with Micron's business plan and strategic objectives across manufacturing sites. Your goal is to leverage global internal and external resources to define and enable equipment, yield, and output performance to achieve world-class manufacturing results.
