Responsibilities

• Initiate/lead yield and quality improvement programs
• Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
• Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback
• Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS to resolve
• Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
• To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of product parameters
• Support Production tools releases (PCRB)
• Lead/support Technology Synchronization
• Support technology FMEA
• Deviation management – fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
• Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics
