REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of Experience
• Should support SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding).
• Should facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements and define recruitment workflows.
• Should be able to configure the recruiting module, including job requisitions, applicant tracking, career sites, and reporting.
• Should be able to integrate Recruiting with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
• Should be able to support data migration, system testing, and end-user training during the project lifecycle.
• Should be able to provide best-practice recommendations to optimize recruiting processes.
• Should be able to prepare technical documentation and deliver post-implementation support.
• Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
