MaxLinear is seeking a Staff Field Applications Engineer to join our office in Valencia or Munich. In this role, you will focus on the following:
Work with Sales and Marketing to define opportunities to customers in territory
Work with customers and distribution partners to refine their own specs based on product knowledge and understanding
Manage customer programs through designs cycles: prototype, EVT, PVT, pre-production, and mass production
Review customer board designs and assist intheir evaluation
Define the feasibility of customer requests
Demonstrate evaluation platforms in front of customers
Provide field trial support
Conduct extensive laboratory testing andcharacterization of reference platforms and assist the transfer of designs to externalcustomers for evaluation and production...
