**Overview**

+ Improve and introduce best practice procedures, standards and policies.
+ Review and implement changes on the network, following Change management process (ITIL)
+ Create troubleshooting procedure/documentation to help level1/level2 engineers to perform their job efficiently
+ Must have the ability to practice sound judgment in complex, high pressure situations
+ Rack, build, and configure network appliances at offices and data centers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for short periods of time.
+ Experience working with Cisco routers and LAN switches
+ Experience working with Cisco SDA architecture and Cisco DNA
+ Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for network operations, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection
+ Ability to work with AI-driven network automation tools (e.g., Cisco AI Assistant)
