Observe and monitor residents for condition including skin infection, sores, infection, bowel problems, loss of appetite, and report to doctors whenever necessary
Supervise enrolled nurses, nursing aids, patient care assistants and health attendants in their work to ensure compliance with nursing and work procedures
Assist in monitoring residents' rehabilitation program and activities are planned and scheduled accordingly
Assist in doctor's round
