Supervise the Enrolled Nurses/Nursing Aides/Healthcare Assistants with regards to their duties according to their roster assigned by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans.
Assist and supervise residents during mealtimes, including feeding.
Work with the Enrolled Nurses/Nursing Aides to order medication and medical supplies.
Administer oral/topical medication and injections.
Conduct regular nursing rounds to monitor residents’ condition, safety, and comfort.
Prepare and attend to any Doctor or Allied Health Professional’s visit when required.
Timely documentation in the Care Management System.
Be prepared to work assigned shifts and on-call duties when required.
Orientation of visitors when necessary.
