Comply with approved standards of nursing practices.
Provide nursing services requiring substantial and specialised nursing skills.
Work closely with the resident’s doctor and the multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents; update on changes in the residents' conditions and needs.
Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan.
Evaluate the resident’s response to care interventions on a regular basis and recommend revision of care plans as necessary.
Initiate appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
Carry out and supervise assessments of all new admissions.
Prepare clinical documentation and ensure all documentations are accurate.
Prepare and administer medications to residents. Supervise staff to ensure safe medication practices.
