Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to kidney, lung, and heart transplant patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle emergencies and manage post-transplant complications promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team for effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-transplant care, medications, and infection prevention.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and ICU standards strictly.
