Description

The Department of Ophthalmology and Doheny Eye Center at UCLA are seeking a full-time, junior to mid-level Ophthalmologist to support the Doheny Eye Center in Fountain Valley.

Patient Care services include:

+ Clinical Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive examinations for patients with periorbital diseases, vision-obstructing ptosis, thyroid eye disease, and facial trauma.
+ Reconstructive Surgery: Perform complex surgeries such as entropion/ectropion corrections, orbital decompressions, socket reconstruction, and tear duct (dacryocystorhinostomy) procedures.
+ Cosmetic Procedures: Execute functional and cosmetic blepharoplasty, brow lifts, and aesthetic facial injections (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers).
+ Patient Care: Develop personalized treatment plans, manage pre-operative and post-operative care, and order diagnostic tests like CT or MRI scans.
