Our customers include Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. We grow >100% year over year with over 2,500 customers and low churn.

Responsibilities

Optimize our homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create tooling for developers.

Create automated guardrails for security and privacy of customer data.

Help developers ship features fast through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags, while keeping complexity manageable and reducing downtime.

Work with business and engineering to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs.

Ensure all communication with external services supports retries and circuit-breakers.

Implement infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
