Position Summary

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of outbound dispatch capabilities across our automation ecosystem. This role owns the critical transition between automated fulfillment operations and the drivers and customers who depend on them, creating a reliable, efficient, and scalable outbound flow that improves operational performance, driver productivity, and customer experience. Success requires strong product leadership, systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams across engineering, automation, transportation, operations, design, analytics, and field leadership.
