As a Staff Product Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment Post Transactions and Communications, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless post-purchase experiences that keep Walmart customers informed, confident, and in control after they place an order. You will make an impact across the global eCommerce fulfillment experience across Walmart and Sam’s Club in the U.S. and international markets. Walmart’s Fulfillment Customer Experience team is responsible for the fulfillment experiences of millions of customers — ensuring they get whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want, with a perfect order every time. You’ll define how customers access and understand order details, track order status across fulfillment journeys, receive timely transaction communications, and act when plans change across digital and physical touchpoints—including shipping, pickup, and delivery.
