**Job Overview**

Leads technical domain of multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.

**Job Requirements**

+ Responsible for connector product development/extension/ existing product maintenance.
+ Work closely with customer/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), make engineering evaluation/proposal to the VOC
+ Follow up with TE LeanPD process (new development process), conduct the mandatory and optional engineering practices (PRD, QFD, DFMEA, etc.).
+ Provide concept / design and feasibility study, design review meeting, documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and archive.
