Requirements

+ 10+ years of experience

+ Master's Degree in AMO Physics or Physics

+ Define and lead research strategy in time and frequency systems

+ Conduct and oversee performance characterization, including stability, noise, accuracy, and other KPI analyses

+ Develop deep understanding of system architecture and identify opportunities for improvement

+ Provide architectural and component level recommendations to engineering and advanced systems teams
