**About the Role**

IQVIA is seeking an exceptional **Staff Software Engineer / Technical Lead** to join the strategic **Customer360 (C360)** program, a high-visibility initiative designed to consolidate healthcare professional (HCP) data across clinical, scientific, and digital domains into a unified AI-ready platform. The platform powers intelligent data products, semantic search experiences, APIs, agentic AI solutions, and advanced customer insights across IQVIA.

As the senior technical leader for the Brazil engineering hub, you will help define the technical direction of the platform while remaining deeply hands-on in software development, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
