The Opportunity

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our team as we pivot to an AI-driven, agentic development workflow. Much of our code is PHP but this role will be focused on architecting and building in Nodejs.

In this role, you will bridge architecture and execution by defining how our team safely leverages approved AI tools for implementation planning, code reviews, test generation, and refactoring.
