We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist in Operation Planning & Controlling to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage capacity planning through bottleneck modelling for accurate delivery fulfilment
• Provide monthly utilization on equipment usage to Finance for Idle cost calculation
• Oversee investment planning (setup business case, ramp profile, justification) & present to Backend Board
• Liaise with various business divisions on planning systematic, reporting & joint investment
• Support yearly target cost roadmap planning
• Provide area and invest in yearly long‑term roadmap in Min Max alignment
• Oversee asset transactions, cycle count management & asset audit support
• Establish synergy within the team and streamline planning processes
