What You'll Do We are seeking a Staff-level, AI-first Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across our Sales and CPQ/Finance systems landscape. This is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide influence, reporting to the VP of Business Technology. You will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of high-impact Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) initiatives spanning Salesforce (Salesforce Billing, CPQ) and NetSuite, as well as the surrounding integrations that power our revenue engine. You will partner daily with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, and Engineering to translate business needs into executable plans and ship them.
