Staff Test Engineer

Job Description

+ Develop best of class test programs to support key NPI, quality & capability initiatives
+ Support qualification, characterization, and correlation of developed products
+ Implement and develop baseline software and hardware solutions for scaling the broader team or organization
+ Complete quality planning, hardware and software reviews for the test group
+ Coordinate with product engineering and operations to enable seamless production ramp and release
+ Support production yield and customer return activities for quality
+ Serve as a mentor for less experienced engineers
+ Manage 3rd party relationships and building success with external technical teams

Qualifications

+ Bachelors in Electrical, Computer Engineering or other related field with 5+ years or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE).
