Job Summary

Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.


Essential Functions
+ Create and updates the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS. Covers daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing. Monitors employee call-in's.
+ Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS. Ensure we are staffed to matrix.
+ Makes phone calls to employees for staffing needs.
+ Oversees the daily activities of the staffing office. Provides daily assignments to the staffing secretary.
+ Enters exception log edits into ANSOS for payroll.
