About the Role

Our client is looking for a Stainless Steel Fabricator to join their Christchurch based team. This is a varied role and you will be undertaking many duties. You will work on a range of stainless steel fabrication projects within the business including onsite installs. Your duties will include reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and plans, fabricating stainless steel components, performing high quality finishing and polishing as well as on-site installs when required.

Some of the machinery is highly technical and therefore will need mechanically-minded people to join this team. Your duties will include maintaining all documentation and records accurately (both written and electronic). You will be a day to day contact for all maintenance issues and therefore must have excellent communication skills.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a stainless steel fabricator is essential
