Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of the shift.
• Responsible for developing a work culture with a safety approach.
• Responsible for the implementation of safety procedures.
• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, advising and delegating the activities associated with the production of parts of the production line and logistics on the floor, oriented to continuous improvement based on the requirements of the SPW.
• Plan all activities concerning the product and the process.
• Responsible for plant production, daily review of the production program in coordination with the Department of Production Control, tracking inventory in the warehouse, coordination of the timing and production schedule.
• Lead the activities in conjunction with department supervisors to comply with the results of the HPH lines, ADCT OEE and OLE.
