Position Summary: The Supervisor will oversee the operation and performance of promotional stands in malls of Sobha. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the stands effective client engagement and coordination with admin. Key Responsibilities: - Stand Hygiene and Maintenance
- Ensure the stand is clean organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene and functionality of all equipment (if any) and displays.
- Coordinate with marketing to address urgent fixes (if any)
- Training and Monitoring Promoters
- Train promoters on product knowledge and client engagement strategies.
