Your Job
+ Architectural definition and changes w.r.t. StdCell libraries in various technologies in line with Design Flows.
+ Understanding of deep submicron device physics in order to account for these non-ideal effects during cell design and PDK performance analysis.
+ Should have worked on Standard cells libraries especially deep Submicron, FinFET and SOI. Exposure to chip-level scenarios is a plus.
