Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (some college or relevant certifications a plus)
* Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required (we provide training!)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles are required.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
