Starke Ayres is the foremost African specialist and global supplier of premium vegetable, flower and lawn seed varieties – both for commercial and home garden planting.

The following position has become available for a Receiving Clerk, based in Rosebank, Cape Town. The purpose of this role is to receive all stock delivered to the storeroom from Suppliers, processing it for transfer to the sales area promptly and assuming the overall responsibility for the orderly housekeeping of the storeroom and the quality of the products stored therein.

Responsibilities Captures all Stock received. Receives, processes, and captures invoices and forwards for payment. Receives and checks quantities received against invoices and ensures stock received is in good order. Queries all discrepancies on Invoices with relevant suppliers.
